That one time...

when we were eating at O'Charley's and Kenadie says "Ummmm...so my tooth just came out...and it's stuck in my roll!!!  And that's how you lost your 6th tooth, my little doll pumpkin :)  Look closely, that little red circle on the left is her tooth!  Oh my!!!

Now, the interesting thing about this story is that you don't just casually, nonchalantly lose your teeth!  Especially when it was barely loose to begin with!  Rather, you prefer to have a loose tooth for no less than 8 weeks!  I'm serous!  And then, only at the point that it is hanging on by a thread, are you completely obsessed with it and anxiety-filled until it is gone!  You are a brave one, however, and take full ownership/responsibility for all of your tooth-pulling needs!  Trust me...I tried to pull your tooth once in Chick-fil-A and you would have NO part of it!  We 'may' have caused a scene!  I eventually had to just tell you, "Hurry up Kenadie, and pull your tooth already!  We've GOT to go, and I need for you to pull your tooth before we get in the car!"  And just like that, you did it!  I may or may not have been getting a little frustrated by that point...

This one might have been reenacted...just sayin' :)  Because at 6 yrs old, we're all about an action shot, ha!  I mean, how can you blame her?!?  She lost a tooth in a roll for goodness sake!

You later tell us that you vigorously bumped your tooth twice this morning!  Okay, so maybe you didn't exactly use the word "vigorously", but that's what it amounted to :)  Once on a sucker and once on a box...hmmm about that box?!?  Not really sure about that one...  That explains how your tooth just easily fell right out in a super soft, fluffy, airish-like O'Charley's roll!  Doesn't get much softer than that :) 

Our kind waiter noticed all of the commotion, as did the rest of anyone in our peripheral, I'm sure, and sweetly brought  my little snaggle-tooth a piece of pie to celebrate the grand occasion :)

And this little girl loves it when she benefits from her sister's accomplishments :)  

Don't worry Kenadie, I'm sure when she starts losing all of her teeth and doing such spectacular things as this, she will remember her precious big sister that was ALWAYS sharing with and including her in all of the excitement!!!  I just KNOW she will share her pie with you, too :)

And THAT is how you properly lose a tooth in a roll :)   

And for my documentation purposes only, tooth #1 you pulled yourself right around your 6th birthday, #2 came out in an apple shortly after the first, #3 was the Chick-fil-A experience, #4 was at the beach, #5 was pretty uneventful it just stayed loose for FOREVER!!! and now #6 we will refer to as "O'Charley's roll" :)

Happy Fall Break everybody!  We've got some fun things in store that I'm especially looking forward to :)  My favorite season for sure!!!
